I have created 3 win10 21H1 custom ISO files, and all passed the test on VMs.But when I use this ISOs to install on my physical PC, always got this issue:ERROR Windows 10 - Setup cannot continue due to corrupted installation file.
What's going on? It's ok on VM installation

This sounds like your USB drive has the wrong partitioning. Use Rufus to reformat the drive to whatever boot setup your UEFI/BIOS expects.

- Does the non-edited image have the same issue in the identical situation?
Never heard of editing causing this, so it could be something else.

For example here, similar words to yours, back in 2019, original Windows.

- One of first results online is that the disk needs wiping, or converting to EFI/MBR, depending if you boot UEFI.

Try this, excluding points about downloading ISO, also careful if you have stuff on that drive, other partitions etc.
Haven't confirmed that, as I never saw that error, but do let me know if you find the solution, or even the exact operation on an image that can also cause it.

- Make sure to try with and without the Dynamic Update package, if you're updating/didn't update the ISO.
That's the only step that comes to mind that might influence this, not confirmed.

- Or try to flash the ISO to USB and boot from it, might skip this setup.exe issue in this particular situation.

The original ISO is official one,Win10 21H1 August update, also can install successfully with usb drive or setup.exe.I try to flash to USB drive with modified one, still can't install with the installer. My BIOS only set UEFI boot, and my system before always with UEFI boot.before install,I deleted the 2 boot up partitions,I need the installer create itself.

I give up. Before I know what the issue is and how to solve it,I won't pay for this software.
It would be important to know what was the problem exactly so it's easier to fix it.
Can you send the preset? Maybe it helps nuhi to find the problem. Im curious if the same problem happens when I try to install it on a VM.

So since you're now saying that the non-edited ISO works fine, what's the edit?
As KikiGames said, please attach the preset (autosaved session xml file from the image folder), regardless if you'll buy it.

Thanks.

I only removed the UWP apps and without Xbox and Microsoft store.

- Even if you removed all components, except boot managers, it would not break setup in such a way, that I ever saw or heard of.

- Did you get the image from here? NTLite will then convert it from ESD, make sure that was properly done and machine is stable. Maybe the conversion corrupted the image.

- Are you using the latest version of the tool, get it from ntlite.com/download

- Try this to isolate the issue:
After editing the image, copy only .\Sources\install.wim from it and delete the entire edited ISO folder.
Overwrite the unedited working image location with that file, only that file on that relative location.
And start the setup from that unedited image location with that file overwritten.
Does that work, and no removed components after completed setup?

- Make sure to try with and without the Dynamic Update (DU) package, if you're updating/didn't update the ISO.
That's the only step that comes to mind that might influence this if you update with newer updates and skipped the DU.
Updates - Add - Latest Online Updates, OK.

- Try to flash the ISO to USB and boot from it
Your reply "I try to flash to USB drive with modified one, still can't install with the installer." is a bit confusing.
What is there to find, you mean you don't know how to boot from an USB stick? Search online, plenty of guides, that's a Windows specific task.

- 即使您刪除了除啟動管理器之外的所有組件,它也不會以我見過或聽說過的方式破壞設置。

- 您是否使用該工具的最新版本,請從 ntlite.com/download 獲取

I tested, not working with the latest Win10 ISO.1909 is fine

Your testing is rushed, and there is no way that you read or did what I suggested in 3 minutes.
It's ok, you use what you want, I'll keep my eyes open if more people report this.
Thanks.
