I removed windows update and then integration of updates. Even single integration of update make it come back I think, but should remove windows update after integration I assume

In Windows 7, after component removal and then performing update, Windows Update returns. I lost list of integrated updates but I unchecked all that contained Windows Update in their name.

Removing Chinese and Tamil does not work properly, they always return. Removed from ISO and tried afterwards on live install, no changes.

Same thing happened to me today while trying to make Windows 10 21H2 modifications. Basicly, some of your changes in settings are guilty for crash, and then maybe components you removed? In my case it was issue with settings, I didn't narrow it down to which caused it, but it definetly was case...

Clanger, can you share presets you used for those testings? Btw, I can't find LTSC 2021 on Microsoft website, I downloaded ISO version build 19044.1288 you recommended but it got me all editions for 21H2 exept enterprise one

Open email that you used to register for purchase and go to that website, then in transactions you should find serial key, that is how I found my again

Yes it is, ISO and cab files are x64. They are applied to 17763.319

No problem, would like to have Windows without updates at all. One time after installing Asrock software to turn off RGB lights on RAM I had update but luckily it didn't update properly nor bricked OS. Their software enabled all services/group policies required for Windows to update. Dunno why...
