I've noticed the built-in tweak for disabling libraries in explorer, ie:<Tweak name="{031E4825-7B94-4dc3-B131-E946B44C8DD5}\System.IsPinnedToNameSpaceTree">0</Tweak>
in preset file, has no effect on Windows 10 21H2
Instead I am using this reg file that is working fine:

In fact I've noticed this issue last year but until now I was manually integrating the KB that is mentioned as pre-requisite for IE11 integration (first using dism command and after doing 2 ntlite processes pass)
But it is better if everyone benefits from the right KB dependencies...

Could it be an option to allow user to change the default install order maybe ?
( not only for this specific case, but in the future as we see that order is changing with new supersedence KB release )
