Well these updates showed up in Windows Update for me today, so it doesn't seem like they were withdrawn. Maybe it was withdrawn in some regions and still exists in others? idk

Please don't ask why I'm doing 1511 or tell me to do a later build of Windows 10. I'm searching for the .cab or .msu for KB4056254, KB4021702, KB4480730, and KB4023814 for Windows 10 1511 x64. These updates are not on the update catalog. Does anyone have a .msu or .cab for these updates?
