Solved, thx nuhi . Only 2nd one needs to be disabled, but i did both anyway. With languages i need to play a little bit more, but thx to the both!

All "Not configured", Computer & User policies. I have tried to use GPO to disable "Show recently added apps", does not work. Tried to use reg key for Windows 10, also does not work. Some forced policy from NTLite makes a problem with these start menu options.

Update. I managed to implement update by re-adding source but... After this update all XMLs are useless, all settings are not applied. Is there any way to fix this?
