You do know that you cannot use the control panel anymore in the new NVidia drivers release and that the standard driver is no longer available, right?! There is still a couple of work arounds since it is now app base in Win10 and Win11!
You will have access to older drivers that still have it...

Another thing that might cause it, if you use the reg key from 10 forums to change the speaker button to the old style....then that will also cause a missing speaker icon.

There is actually another place you have to replace the wallpaper image because Windows will try to revert the image from it's storage location and overwrite the img0.jpg file. Look in the following places for them and once you found the right location take ownership of them and overwrite it...

Just a report.
By disabling, Settings, Explorer, Network in Navigation pane causes the loss of the Network Icon on the desktop.....and is not retrievable or accessible via registry.

Yes Kasual. Question though? The second I edit MT's preset and I click save the preset it wipes about 80% of the preset. Any idea why? It does this with other presets as well....and the preset the gets backed up to the ISO is also minimal?! Recently upgraded to v7501
