Find the appropriate cab file for your target OS. Then using winrar or other program you can extract.

abbodi86 Your links checks out. They are OK. I integrated Tr-tr packages(both x86 and x64) and installed on a VM. I can confirm that they are fully compatible with Windows 10 1809 17763.107. I will try integrating with SERVER 2019 too. I will keep you informed.

Hello. New release of Windows 10 1809 is now out. I want to create a multilingual install iso. I couln't find new version's LP's. I think they are not yet released. Not in LP.cab or Language Pack ISO. Can you confirm this? Thank you.
