Sad news but they hold on to windows 7 long time, and have support for RTX 3090. So it isnt so bad at all. Im still on win 7 and Iam so glad to use it. I have Asus PRIME Z370-P II, and i7 -9700 cpu. And win7 installs fine with any fix or trix. So maybe in future I update to 9900k and rtx 2080...

He can install Win XP on i9 10900K and Z490 Motherboard and Im struggle to get Win 7 to work xD He allso have a guide how to install Windows 7 on (Z390/X299 etc.)
