Edge protected but unable to type in address bar

It's something under Network components! But there isn't many things it could be... Am testing Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) next to see if it's that.

I would need a preset to be able to test.
There are components like System - Input Service and below it.
I would be surprised and interested if something under Network components is it. Could be some of them is protecting a needed part, anyway keep me updated.
 
This one is still on-going, but it's not yet clear what's causing it.

It seems that shell search is needed but can't say for sure.
 
I would suggest to let me do my job, so just send me a preset (can be on email), and I'll find it if issue is replicated with it.
