1) Action Center Problem: Win7 Win8.1 and Win10 all have this in control panel. But on Win10 when we delete action center component. It also disables action center on start menu. I say disabled not deleted because it can be opened by reg files. So we need split settings for 2 action centers on Win10. btw when u delete component it also deletes the desktop setting for action center in ntlite... i think action center is a bit messed up

2) On 1909 there is new option about cortana on start menu. Which is "show cortana button". we should have this as hide/show tweak on ntlite since we have all other start menu tweaks

3) After windows update, if we restart during using some softwares like browsers etc. windows will reopen them after restart caused by windows update. so reopen apps after restart option should cover update restarts too

4) NTLite cannot convert wim to esd manually if you want to keep wim file, you have to replace or it gives error.

5) If you convert wim to esd all the edition descriptions will be dublicated by ntlite. checked 10 times. happened all the time. (descriptions can be seen on boot setup)

6) New ntlite version adds empty setupcomplete.cmd and if you delete it, during setup just before typing user name you will get "specialise" error. and setup will fail. this is caused by new unattend.xml. there is a code about setupcomplete.cmd.... you have to use empty or filled setupcomplete.cmd all the time now. a lot of people delete it if its empty. we should be warned about this. i spent more than 10 hours to find this thing.

7) setupcomplete works 2 times during setup. i think because of runonce commands, i understood this by simply adding a software to setupcomplete.. software's gui opens twice. happened in multiple different softwares. This can be replicated with any setup with gui to see.
As u see in cmd files there are no code to be reason to restart pc and restart cmd or go to cmd's begining, And there can't be because it only happens 2 times. if there were some conflict it would be in loop forever. i attached oem folder.

8) ntlite should be able to use multiple cores of cpu, i dont understand why we are limited on 1 cpu core only...

9) windows search doesnt work. its unclickable untill windows update is run. windows 10 1909 x64 tr build 476. updates were integrated. but still windows update found same integrated updates and installed them. and then windows search started to work. i have cortana disabled in settings as tweak. but not deleted as a component

10) if we integrate updates; during setup we can see setupcomplete.cmd window (cmd.exe window). but if we don't integrate updates setupcomplete.cmd is hidden... I think they should be visible or hidden all the time. what is the differance?

11) We need an option to clear startmenu (See thumbnail)

12) did u check downloading something with internet explorer? when u click run instead of save. it asks for user name and password of pc. which i don't even have? or setup doesnt even run?

13) Startmenu is opening very late/slow with my preset? On vanilla its fast? no regs or anything integrated. full my preset's fault.

Preset is attached in case of need. Thank you very much, i know u are busy. Hope u can fix and add...

See here. nuhi uses all availible cores as far as i know but DISM uses whatever it chooses and sometimes thats 1 core and there is bugger all nuhi can do about that.
 
Thanks ege914, these are mostly hits, appreciated.

1. Indeed, looks like Notifications are working with Action Center removed, must have improved some versions ago.
Fixed in next, now the "Push Notifications" is disabling it since Notifications needs it.

2. As Cortana removal already hides its button, will split that tweak per request in the next ver.

3. Will investigate this, saw a new option for 20H1, not sure if you're referring to that or some existing one. I believe the current option available for that is covering updates restart only already, regardless of the potentially wrong title.

4. Huh, fixed in next.

5. OK, finally confirmed that full image names are duplicated to description, so it was the ESD the whole time.

6. Don't enable "OEMSetupComplete" Unattended toolbar option

7. We talked about this when you first reported it, could not replicate, and it started happening to you when IE RunOnce was fixed.
Did you confirm on a full unedited Windows, how do I see that it's once there, and edited one is twice/looping?

8. As Clanger replied. NTLite is multicore whenever possible, reading a lot of update files, converting ESD, preparing data, removing components reg and files per component at the same time etc. But integrations and DISM operations cannot be done in parallel as each update can depend on the next, that's how MS made it.
Same with mounting, sequential.

9. Enable Shell Search Support compatibility for it to protect needed components. It is true that 1909 is unusually sensitive with Search, but mine works just fine and I remove a lot of components, with that protection enabled.
If you get the same with it, let me know and I'll try yours in detail, on Turkish ISO.

10. Maybe tied to your #6, there is no hide/show for that CMD, it's either ran or not, maybe you missed the popup when there are no updates/faster.

11. Start menu editing, like to remove the leftover unused panel space, not planned soon. Maybe investigate how to ovewrite it with your start menu XML layout, there is an option in DISM/PowerShell, maybe implementing that later or editing directly, either way not a priority as it doesn't influence a lot of users.

Will upload these to pre-release and as you have access, feel free to try it and let me know if all good now (except the restore apps on restart, that will be done these days).

1) Just to be clear, I want to have and use action center on the right, but i don't want the action center on the control panel which is about configuring some security notifications etc..

6) Will report back (but i always had that option enabled for a long time and i never had this issue before... maybe my first time testing this without oem folder gave me that error idk will report back)

9) Will report back but i think i already have correct configurations on my preset? Did u check it?

10) I think it's microsoft behaviour we will see

Now i lost even reopen my apps after restart support? did i understand wrong? or did u fix option 3?

From this post i will share results of the tests

6) when i disabled "OEMSetupComplete " setup was completed without error. But i tried with only win10pro (will i have problems for win7 enterprise + win8.1 pro + win10ltsc ?) and i make AIO iso they are all combined. To test and find out i have to spend TONs of hours. so can u tell me disabling "OEMSetupComplete" what possibly can do it to me? because right now i already plant my own oem folder and i can finish setup without errors even OEMSetupComplete is enabled..

7) It worked 1 time on vanilla iso. so i think the problem is my edits or ntlite?

9) my preset already has same features as when u open protection for shell search. still have problems about search not clickable until windows update is run and cumulative update is installed again. (works on vanilla tho so my preset has problems.) i think some other people have this problem too. i did another test with cortana settings disabled on win10 vanilla. search was usable. In my preset cortana component is not removed too. Soo shell search should be/has to be ok! So it is another thing in my preset.

Nuhi startmenu is really slow and buggy until windows update is ran. Check number 13 too please nuhi and waiting for other's answers too. just like windows search this problem is fixed with wu. maybe they are related.

9. Start menu and Explorer search works.

12. No issues here either, tested on Chrome installer from Internet Explorer. More info below.

13. Cannot confirm this either using your preset on Turkish 1909.476.
Maybe on fresh install start menu was a bit slower to open, then after 4-5 openings it stabilized, it can be due to a VM performance until cache was built.
Also after consecutive reboots, cannot confirm any slowdowns.
Note that I didn't use your REG files, nor OEM files, pure updated ISO + preset.

Use the latest pre-release if testing, focus on your additions as above works on its own.

I did the same, so no.

Try it just the preset + that ISO original, nothing manually copied or REGs added.
Then work up from there and see what's breaking it, then we'll see if it's NTLite's fault or not.
