Hope this helps. This is what I rip out of LTSC's registry. I rip it out in the post setup side of NTlite. This actually is coming with me from 8.1's time and just add to it as I go along

Hi Clanger. There is something new in windows that does not need the OS to be booted, it is called windows push software. It is already working on many motherboards and already active. You only need a internet connection and it does not need nic drivers either. You can find some info about it...

Microsoft Account has no option to be removed in NTLite

Howzit. No....I couldn't replicate the problem so I left it alone. With the new LTSC version it is not showing......so I guess it was just leftovers.

    Unmount image

Open NTLite, right click on the mounted image and click unload. You cannot delete the file or folder until you've unmounted it. You will be able to delete the child files but not the parent files.

Remove NVIDIA Telemetry (and slim down display driver)

Just for interesting sake. The PPC folder in the NVidia driver pack is for the new RTX graphics cards. It is NOT compatible with ANY other windows other than windows 10-1709 and upwards and is NOT included in the windows 7 and 8.1 driver packs. The PPC driver is the USB 3.1 support driver that...

NTLite instantly deleted by Windows Defender for virus

Looks like a port injection trojan right outside the firewall. Routers keeps cash of most downloads for quicker reference, I suspect port cash is infected or it's DNS cash is corrupted. I might be wrong

So, it's been months and the whole can't set Firefox as default program hasn't been fixed yet?

If you remove the Internet explorer in ANY windows 10 from April 2018 you CANNOT use a reg key to put another browser as default. You can ONLY use the tool. Windows 10 from April 2018 ONLY use CLSID verification for it's apps and you are removing the string from the registry and that is...

A couple of years ago you had the a HOSTS file that you could edit to point the host domain into a certain DNS direction. Well MS has changed the game play by adding the editable HOSTS file into an non-editable DLL file, for security reasons

    Blocking Windows Update

DLL - Direct Link Libraries Windows update consumes on average about 7GB of data downstream, upstream is another matter......If you have 2x 2TB drives in your machine then you Upstream will succumb to 4TB initially and then everything you add like EVERYTHING you type in the keyboard, text...

    Blocking Windows Update

Just for interesting sake......I also use Group Policy to block stuff.....which I also think helps. The group policy I have transfers from windows 10 Pro to Enterprise and now to LTSC.......and it works in all of them. Also important, LTSC does have the ability to prevent updates better than...
