I'm finishing script that can do what you want. Using bunch of tools and NTLite too can produce perfect integrated ISO. But some minor bugs still exist after NTLite touch, nuhi have info in mail so maybe would be fixed soon.

I tested it as clean install and it worked fine with Watcher.cmd on real machine. Maybe something special on your side? Have you made any modifications? And what really mean it doesn't work?

Interesting. I downloaded 20H2 using Microsoft Windows and Office ISO Download Tool. Installed on main PC, then I broke my Windows and I used Host refresh from 20H2 media without problem. Maybe there are difference between these downloaded ISOs? I never used Microsoft Media creation tool.
Add .NET 3.5 from template in first session with all updates, then clean update backup and Windows update should be clear.
You creating reofering updates by bad integration process as CU have also updated files for older .NET releases.
Simply ask google for silent switch.
