Well after making many new test iso’s I finally got it working correctly. I have successfully created a completely unattended install with a proper admin local account that is able to create new accounts and I do not get the “other user” error any longer. Thanks for the help!

I just had a thought regarding my issue. I am not in front of my computer now but I am certain when I create a user in the unattended page I create a user with the “built in administrator” option. Would this be the cause of the issue? If so, can I still create a normal administrator account?
