Kasual This "precreate" method works, but it has a bug - it changes polish names of other library folders into english names, see the attached screenshot.

Thanks, i'll try with the Precreate method: Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 ;Disable '3D Objects' precreation [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FolderDescriptions\{0DB7E03F-FC29-4DC6-9020-FF41B59E513A}] "PreCreate"=dword:00000000 ;Hide '3D Objects'...

    NTLite 1.9.0.7046 - LTSC 2019 x64 - Some component removals are failing

Some component removals are failing with this NTLite version: "Parametr jest niepoprawny." means "Invalid parameter." The LTSC 2019 .iso im using is original MVS polish version: File: pl_windows_10_enterprise_ltsc_2019_x64_dvd_95779877.iso CRC32: 21d5897b MD5...

It works when pasted manually into cmd.exe after Windows installation, but not with SetupComplete.cmd, tried with both "%a" and "%%a". :( Maybe it will work with RunOnce method, i will try tomorrow.

    Solved (Win10 1903)

ege914 BioEnrollment is only needed if you use biometric sensors like fingerprint reader in some laptops or camera's face recognition, otherwise it's safe to remove. LockApp is also safe to remove, it's the Lock Screen that you have to move with mouse cursor, like on tablets and smartphones -...

Yes, i know about this, but this method only hides '3D Objects' in the Explorer - it doesn't delete the directory, my goal is to remove this whole directory from %UserProfile% automatically with Windows installation's SetupComplete.cmd

    User Contributed Tweaks

Yes, but my script is supposed to be universal, so that it doesn't matter if you use "Thomas", "Bob" or "Clanger" as your local account name during Windows Setup, the %UserProfile% is a variable that should open current profile dir regardless of its name and the partition letter associated with...

Sorry, but i think you've misunderstood my question - i don't want to remove any scheduled tasks with SetupComplete.cmd, i want to automatically remove the "3D Objects" folder that is being created on LTSC 2019 for new user after OOBE: I want this folder to be completely gone after installing...

Solved - Removing IE & Edge

Edge is safe to remove as far as i know, i've never seen any software that relies on Edge's infrastructure, but i would keep IE if i was you, removing IE can cause serious issues with some third party software. Agreed. It's very painful to manage all different builds of W10, so many things...

Remove Internet Explorer without breaking the MMC Extended View

True, DISM has a steep learning curve, it's very complicated to use, especially for the beginners. I always recommend NTLite for everyone, because it's fastest, easiest and most reliable tool to remove Windows Components. :)

Remove Internet Explorer without breaking the MMC Extended View

MSMG handles removal of the components differently; it's removal is pretty basic, so the leftovers like scheduled tasks, registry keys, gpedit entries are left in the installed system, while i believe nuhi has coded NTLite to remove those components in a way more advanced manner, but it takes a...

Remove Internet Explorer without breaking the MMC Extended View

NTLite mounts the offline registry hives from the install.wim, in the case of HKLM/Software it's the "Windows\System32\config\SOFTWARE", therefore the changes are instantly applied to the offline image, before even you start installing Windows, as far as i know. :)

    Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 x64 - File system error (-1073741515).

That's quite weird, i always fully disable UAC in the registry (setting EnableLUA to 0), but still had the File System Error with removed AMSI and UAC fully disabled, maybe UAC has to be fully removed (not just disabled), so i might as well remove UAC as a component from the offline install.wim...

Thanks, i confirm AMSI was the cause of this problem, just tried without removing it and everything's perfect now. :)
