Update entire W7 RTM install.wim to Service Pack 1?

Trying to slipstream updates into 2012r2 ISO
I need to upgrade some 2008 servers to 2012r2, trouble is after they need around 200+ updates. So I came across NTlite but I'm not sure if what I'm doing is correct.
