6623, offline cumulative update 1809 install error

6623, not put offline updates on 1809.
I uninstall system applications (edge, windows defender) and then do not install offline cumulative updates on version 1809. Since 1803, no problem. Can't use this program for 1809.
 
Hi,

do you uninstall them with a script (which), or with NTLite?
I tried now with NTLite and integration (KB4469342) works fine.
So I removed Edge and Defender, offline, 1809 refresh (.107), and reloaded and integrated KB4469342 and KB4469342.

Where do we differ in our testing? Is your image previously edited, including update cleanup or anything?

Download image in nlite, there is mounted the image, remove all metro apps(photos, videos, and all user) in the system applications put jackdaws on the edge, keep .iso. I put an image on The VMware virtual machine, there offline I put updates and updates are not put. Since 1803 there are no such problems.

This problem is only on 1809. Remove system components. Install the system and try to install offline updates - you will not succeed.

So I removed all Apps, System Apps which were unlocked, and kept Edge, updating still works.

I will need your exact preset to stop guessing what is done, obviously it's not like anything breaks it.
And let me know which KB update and servicing stack you try to integrate?
Edit out Unattended if any private options there, or send it to me privately.

What does it say on the screenshot?
I don't see any error codes on it.

Also did you integrate KB4470788 first? That is the needed Insider Preview Servicing Stack update for the Insider Cumulative Update you're trying.
 
Screenshots are made. Integrated 17763.134, And installed the system put 165.(No matter what, though 167)- error is the same. If you uninstall using msmq, there is no problem and calmly put the updates 134( the same 165\167)Yu is clearly a Problem in nlite.

In the left side of source/image there is presets panel, right click on any preset and select open location, rename or export and try to upload the autosaved preset using the button:
'Attach files' under the left side of the post you are writting.

Do you mean we try to integrate updates, not install, after removing those components?
Tried now, also works integrating latest stack and CU, tried it even on your exact Russian ISO.

Make sure to try the latest build 6650 and on an intact ISO, no other tools or scripts for the duration of this test.

Even that it worked, it is recommended to integrate latest updates before or during removals.
