Latest NTLite with Windows 11 test.

Seems like NTLite trying to handle winre.wim when install.wim is already unmounted.

Can you attach your preset (after removing any user passwords and license key), and both NTLite.log & NTlite_dism.log?

Did some simple testing on my end in the meantime, but no luck.

Took the official 23H2 image, extracted and imported into NTlite.
Queued latest windows updates. Applied to just the loaded version + wimre. No other changes.
Errors each time when reaching wimre.
No preset used.
Tried a reinstall, latest Beta, clearing temp folders and changing temp directories.
Unable to attach dism.log, almost 100mb in size.

For nuhi to look into your problem, he'll need a copy of the NTLite_dism.log. Maybe you can wait until he DM's you?

I've compressed dism.log and attached.

Looks like a proper uninstall, reboot, reinstall has fixed the issue.
Previously was just reinstalling over existing install.
