Avoid/block automatic installation of "Features On Demand" in Windows 10 LTSC 1809?

Hello, I recently made a custom Windows 10 LTSC installation and everything works ok, but after installing all the drivers and updates through Windows Update I got an error when system automatically starts to install "Features On Demand"

How can I disable the automatic installation of those Features On Demand?
