Background Web Push Notification

This works fine on Win 10 Pro, however after much messing around I cannot get it to work on LTSC.

Searching the web I was able to confirm that this function is blocked on Enterprise versions.<--- Not true

Anyone know how to unblock it?

Just to be clear, I am talking about getting a pushed notification after the browser has been closed - the notifications do work while it is open.

EDIT: I never got it to work on LTSC 2019, but if you let the included Edge update itself in LTSC 2021 it does work.

Late answer, but you're correct it doesn't work for LTSC 2019.
