Hi everyone,

I made a custom Windows 11 23H2 build using NTLite for a laptop.
After installing the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers, everything works fine except for Bluetooth pairing behavior.

The system allows me to connect Bluetooth devices (you can see “BT5.0 Mouse” in Device Manager), but the pairing process doesn’t seem to complete properly — it stays stuck on the pairing screen.
In the Windows settings, the paired device doesn’t appear at all, even though it’s working (I’m currently using the Bluetooth mouse right now, but Windows doesn’t show any connected device in Settings or in the quick action panel).
Another strange thing: the system allows me to pair the same device multiple times, as shown in Device Manager, but I can’t remove any of them.

I’ve attached the XML preset I used for the build.

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions!

Try keeping Device Setup Manager.
Code:
                <c>devicesetupmanager 'Gestione configurazione dispositivi'</c>

Fixed!
I had to host refresh with following components
-Connected Device Platform
-Device setup Manager
-Network Connected Devices Auto-Setup
-Device Picker
-Device Association Service

Some of this components are NOT locked by compatibility for Bluetooth, i suggest to you to add them to BT compatibility mode, if i remember correctly the missing components in comp.mode are Connected Device Platform, Network Connected Auto-Setup.

Thanks anyway for the reply

Didn't you remove the VPN feature? That's probably where the status icon comes from.
Code:
                <c>vpn 'Supporto Rete privata virtuale(VPN)'</c>

Your attached preset removes the native Windows VPN component.
