Broken Windows 11 Start Menu & Explorer

Please Guys What Is The Stuff That I Cant Remove In Windows 11 To Keep Startmenu And Windows Explorer Work ??? Thanks In Advance
 
Also make sure that the OOBE compatibility is turned on, and Start Menu app not actually removed.
 
Removing Cortana (while optional) breaks desktop and Settings search.
.NET.Native, UI.Xaml, VCLibs, CloudExperienceHost (OOBE), StartMenuExperienceHost, Client.CBS are all required for desktop.

I can tell you disabled NTLite's compatibility mode protections, and ignored the warnings. They exist for a good reason.

What About This If it Not Working Please Give An Xml I Need Windows Stripped As Max As You Can I need to remove all stuff just keeping windows with bare min

There is no "bare minimum". It depends on what Window features or services YOU require. Someone else might not care about something that is important for you. That is why the components are color coded, to warn you which features are riskier to remove.

There is no universal "bare minimum", no one size fits all and there never will be. I doubt if anyone here apart from myself would be able to run my w7 pro x64 barebone preset at 1.16GB installed. we iz all different.

Even a single driver or a single tweak in someone elses preset can break something you need, cherry pick and TEST TEST TEST.

Recommended bare minimum is the Components - toolbar - Templates - Lite,
plus the languages and fonts you don't use.

Also keep compatibility OOBE and Default fonts turned on, at least.

As for the rest, to say the least, is up to you. And if some removal has unforeseen consequences, do report the preset, but make sure not to use any external tweaks or steps when claiming it's NTLite only.

Let me know if you still get the broken start menu if you use a Lite template and keep start menu (starting from scratch, new image, no edits), and I'll test it.
Make sure to use the latest version, I see you deleted version info in the preset, which means you're hiding an older one, that won't work on newer OSes also.
See ntlite.com/changelog for all the changes through time.
