Those files are safe to remove. The reason it defaults to Auto-Save is many new users will forget to save a copy of their preset.
You can turn off Auto-Saves in NTLite's settings.
Brilliant. I have disabled the Auto-Saves. It's only a minor tweak but it bothers me seeing the files in the folder. Thanks for the incredibly fast response too!
It can be convenient to keep Auto saves of your preset.
It done multiple runs with diverse removals on a vanilla ISO for testing you can combine your different Auto saved presets into one via the Append option when loading a preset on a loaded image.
