Hello,
can some help me, can you use the Iso file that NTLite made again to add more updates to the iso again.

thanks
Matthew

Sure, treat that ISO as the original one, no difference.

HOWEVER :), if you removed components or used Custom Update Cleanup method, it is highly recommended to start from scratch and use the latest updates on it, skipping the now obsolete ones of course.

is it beneficial to do a second pass over an NTlite Iso ?

I.e
Pass 1, integrate service pack and updates, make ISO
Pass 2, mount newly created NTlite Iso , customize user accounts, unattended installers and Remove components

The logic being that NTlite would now be able to see any of the additions and or changes made by the service pack and updates when enumerating removable components and customization rather than expecting NTlite to be clairvoyant of changes and additions made by newly added updates ?

if you removed components or used Custom Update Cleanup method, it is highly recommended to start from scratch and use the latest updates on it, skipping the now obsolete ones of course.
I'm guessing the reason for this is that the Custom update cleanup may cause problems with future updates by inadvertently removing files that aren't needed now but that a future update expects to be there ? Could that also cause possible problems installing updates from Microsoft at a later time from the OS itself ?
