Is there a way to freely choose which setups to install but include all setups in the image? For example, if the image has several setups (Chrome, Skype, 7zip..), is there a way to choose just to install chrome?

you can you WPIW - Windows Post Install Wizard. You can grab it here.
It simple app from old XP days, but you can stil use across from Win 2k to 10
