Chromium-based Apps won't Download

This is a overly stripped image, it's too much work to go through the different removals & event loggers. You're not going to find many volunteers to recreate this preset. My offhand guess is Chrome installers require one of the event logs.

I would suggest this troubleshooting plan:
1. Make a preset with only removals & disabled features. Test.
2. Add disabled services. Test.
3. Add disabled event logger, tweaks and personal reg files. Test.
 
With that moding I am not suprised its failing to even download something from internet.... I could pin point the issue but can't waste my life on it right now. I suggest you to reduce your edits %50 percent each time untill it works. then you can easily find what to keep by re removing %50 of the last preset that is working
 
Followed your word and noticed that randomly turned on the event log service , on the old ISO and just worked lol. But yeh i will go back and rerun my tasks for a new ISO, Thank you everyone! Sorry for the confusion
 
Event logs do more than record history. There's an event-based notification platform, where processes wait for event triggers before performing specific actions. Randomly disabling logs will break software because they don't see activity.
