Classic Shell is being discontinued

I dont like adding Shell tools. I try to use an os ui as it comes, with a tweak here or there, even though the windows 10 ui sucks monkey balls big time.

A few well placed shortcuts makes a start menu redundant anyway. I understand classic shell's athor though, w10 has too many changes making it harder for developers to keep up. Perhaps someone else will take the project up.

The hopeful solution is to use either the original 'build' of W10 or the 1st update where those 'tweaks' will work. This is providing you can stop all updates from happening which from what I have read, the later 'builds' won't let you do that anymore thru Group Policy Edit (or the registry).

Check my Interesting Things topic, Look for Windows Update Minitool Wrapper Script to control updates.

Windows 10 sucks monkey balls and its UI is a frigging abomination but the start menu isnt that bad on ltsb.
