1. Load your image.
2. Load your first preset.
3. Highlight the second preset. Right-menu -> Load / Overwrite or Load /Append
4. Preset / Save As the merged preset.
Overwrite will replace any setting that is duplicated, with the version from the 2nd preset.
Append will only add settings which don't exist in the 1st preset.
You can layer as many presets in a row as you want. A suggested (but optional) strategy is to make a separate preset for Updates, Features on Demand (FOD), and Languages. Another preset for Removals. Last one for Tweaks and Post-Setup.
This way if someone says "try this without all the tweaks", you can combine the first two presets and make a tweak-free ISO for testing.
It's very useful for troubleshooting a problem, and isolating which step introduced a new flaw.
