Compact State Not Applied To Real Machine

I have a problem my custom build I apply compact while the installation is running yes I successfully made it in virtual box but I tried it in real machine but doesnt applied the compact state

Can anyone help me about this?
 
There's no difference between VM and physical machine, unless you're running compact.exe from Post-Setup (and your physical machine has an OEM product key in BIOS). Systems with BIOS keys skip Post-Setup actions by design, unless you check the OEM SetupComplete box.

The normal way of enabling CompactOS, is from Unattended.
