2017 on the old forum I asked if you could add a filter on the components page which would show only components that are selected or those that are not selected for removal and you said it is noted and that you had planned to add it, but since it has not been added I am making a request again.
Maybe it would also be possible to make a filter to show only new components when modifying a new Windows version which has additional components.
Hope you can add it before new Windows version is released if it's not too complicated.
