Constant receiving Ethernet packets (not sending)

My ethernet is consistently receiving packets when starts up and stays on. It used to not do this and was wondering if anyone else had a issue with this. This stays no matter how long it's on and is usually about 6-48 bytes consistently.

Windows 11 22H if nobody is having issues then I will ask another forum about it.
 
That's probably normal. Use WireShark or another packet snooping app. If traffic is going to an outside destination, then worry.

Planning on tonight but wanted to do a quick check here first. I would think it was normal but it never happened before so just curious.

Nothing should be coming in which seems weird since everything is manual updating
