Hello.
I decided to try your wonderful program, because everywhere about her writing.
Removed only defender in ntlite beta 1.8.0.6650 (free mod) from original wim LTSC 10.0.17763.1 ru-RU x64
After deployment executed sfc /VERIFYONLY

Is the problem not solved yet or is it only in free?

Thanks for the report.
Fixed in the next version, another component was protecting part of Defender and it shouldn't have.
 
Yes, now this problem is not present.
As I understand, winsxs file cleaning does not happen anymore.
I hope this helps to eliminate possible problems with future updates.
I have not tried to integrate updates or update through the update center.
