Device setup region

Just to get my head around this one, I come to ask the experts.

So I downloaded the Windows 11 Pro, nl-NL iso from Microsoft. I live in the dutch speaking part of Belgium but there isn't a nl-BE iso to download. Guess it makes sense because of the same language.

If I set-up NTLite Unattended with OOBE and fill in all the language options, it installs fine and it works fine but the Device Setup Region says Netherlands...

In the past I setup a Windows 11 Enterprise, en-US, downloaded the iso with MCT. Did the same thing in NTLite Unattended set-up but with my own regional settings and then it shows:

Anyone know what causes this "quirck"? And how to just set it right just for the sake of my OCD?

I would think the difference is one ISO is nl-NL, and the other is en-US. NTLite doesn't do anything special except to fill in the UserLocale value in the unattended file.

just adding to this and solving my own question, just downloaded the nl-NL ISO with the MCT and the device setup regio is indeed Belgium with that one... quirky
