Did not receive purchase confirmation, nor any confirmation of email received when using contact form

Hi, I made a purchase in which I used the same email as the email used for creating this account but I did not receive any email. I tried looking up at 2checkout using my email and order but no success.

Proceeded to use the contact us form but I did not get any confirmation email that yes my message was received.

Any help would be much appreciated.
