Does anyone know if there is a direct link for the latest AntiMalware Platform Update KB4052623?

I used to have a direct link that downloaded the latest antivirus definition but can't seem to find the same for the AM Platform.

I've yet to successfully integrate KB4052623 ; It just silently fails to run.
Need to debug parse CBS.log etc., see what is causing failure.
And obviously, it cannot be merged via NTLite, as its an .exe and not .msi.
