Does NTLite support Windows ISOs from Dev Channel?

I'm tried to make Windows 11 Ultra Lite like Tiny 11 for example build 25272 but I couldn't. I have choosed to remove over 3.5 GB of OS components but after applying changes I found the new ISO is still 4 GB and after testing and install the size of Windows is still 12.9 GB. I'm saying that because I never saw anyone tried that on Windows ISOs from Dev Channel, only I see some of them try it on builds 22623.

There's some statements which are not clear.

Your ISO is 4 GB, is that after ESD compression?
Windows is 13 GB, are you counting the hibernation file (if it's not disabled) and Reserved Storage?

Are you counting disk usage, based on C:\ in Explorer?
Code:
dism /Online /Set-ReservedStorageState /State:Disabled

I already replied this over email, but anyway, attach your preset and I'll check it, to cut the story short.

Update: I used the latest version of NTLite my issue has been solved, I was using very old version of NTLite (Version 1.8.0)
After I saw your reply I went instantly to update NTlite to latest version and my issue has been solved, regarding the ISO size, I used ESD compression I saw Garlin's replay. Anyway, thanks your help.
