I've gone through the process several times, and every ISO I get includes a bare install.wim in the ISO, as well as the install.wim in the sources folder.
This makes the ISO 11GB. What am I doing wrong?
Did you export some image editions to a new WIM file, or moved the original WIM file around?
If this isn't your expected WIM, then delete it from the ISO folder before making a new ISO. And if you're not sure, temporarily move it out of the ISO folder and delete it after confirming it's not the correct WIM. NTLite won't do this, unless you made a mistake somewhere.
Can't delete it out of the ISO.
I downloaded a fresh ISO from Microsoft, and made another run with NTLite. This time, I got what I was looking for, I think. I'll make a test run with it tomorrow to see if it is actually successful.
