Easy step-by-step guide to inject cumulative Updates into Win10 ISO?

Lets say I have already downloaded a Win10 ISO with the original base system.

Furthermore I already downloaded a corresponding cumulative update package file for that Win10.

Is there an easy (!) step-by-step guide to inject these cumulative Updates into the Win10 ISO?

You can get the latest updates on the same NTLite's Updates page, under Add - Latest online updates, and just press OK.
