Editing clean install image on a Dell OEM install - Drivers "Wrong architecture"?

I have a Dell 2-in-1 tablet, with the Dell OEM install of Windows 10 Home, all their drivers and software. I have NTLite v1.8.0.7070.

When I get down to the drivers I want to include in the image, I I used the DISM command to dump all the system's current drivers to a folder, and I tried to load that folder into NTLite. NTLite showed one of the drivers in the folder, complained that the dumped drivers were the "Wrong Architecture", and gave up. The same thing happens if I try to import the driver files one by one.

How can I fix this?

Thanks!

Upload your preset please.

This would happen if you are working in x86 OS when editing x64 OS's.

I think I may have done the reverse, actually. I might have been working from a 32 bit Windows USB image (from a previous tablet) and accidentally brought it over to this x64 tablet. Will check, and try to resolve later today, assuming that I am not incapacitated from a dental appointment that I have in a couple hours.

Thanks for helping to isolate that brain fart.

If you dump the whole folder of the driver, it usually includes both in it 32 and 64 bit drivers, then when the tool detects the 32 (driver) vs 64 (image), or vice versa, it will warn. It is safe to ignore.
Unless you notice that it detects the subdirectory architecture wrong, then send me that driver link to test.

Thanks.

Uh, there might be something else at work here. I've recently redownloaded my 1809 recovery image form dell (it's just windows iso with drivers for the model integrated, or it should be), and trying to add the drivers from a second machin into it got me tons of errors. Apparently, Dell uses some method to keep the images from having components dism-ed into them. Getting those drivers from the image and adding them into a clean, freshly downloaded image of 1809 worked though, so I advise you to try that.

Both images I tried are x64, and can be downloaded through dell websites with a service tag, or via HeiDoc's tool under dell. Mine are model 7568 (7558 in there, as it's the same machine without the wacom digitizer), and optiplex 3040. 1809 is the second image from the second dropdown menu, in both cases.

Optiplex 3040:

Ok, thank you :)
Both links show "no drivers found". I can follow the breadcrumbs from Heidoc and the model numbers, thanks again :)
Found the breadcrumb trail, typed 8th generation :)
