Error 0x064230 and 0x0641b8 at the end of installation (Windows 10 1903)

i have those 2 errors at the completion of my windows 10 x64 1903

2019-11-13 13:45:17, Error [0x064230] IBSLIB BFSVC: Could not open the BCD template store. Status = [c000000f]
2019-11-13 13:45:17, Error [0x0641b8] IBSLIB ModifyBootEntries: Error modifying bcd boot entries. dwRetCode=[0x2][gle=0x00000002]

it prevent the installation from completing and rollback afteward. i have setup the unattended installation.

Also, is there a way to skip the product key page from showing when using the CPU licence activation ?

Good evening,
Did you integrate any updates and if so, what KB's?
It appears that one of the CU's (I don't remember which) causes that with a Win7 image. Maybe they shared the same bad fix.

Try deleting partitions when installing the OS so it can apply proper partition table. Be careful of course, backup whatever you can.
If you did setup your partitions explicitly in the tool, then attach your preset for review.

To skip the product key page, you can use these generic keys.
