H: as the image source is no good.
Add an ISO to the Image page and load an edition of your choosing, NTLite will copy the necessary files and load/mount it.
Old versions of the tool are not supported, use latest only.

If you don't have an ISO, move the image contents to a subfolder, like D:\Images\MyImage and add that folder for editing instead of H:
Also I believe I replied to you over email regarding the invalid image on the list, that means the image is missing or invalid/corrupted.
Remove it and re-add, with the above about location in mind.
