Has anybody seen this error message before?
Error 24 (0x803D0018)

This happened with a Windows 7 image loaded & trying to check which updates are available. After clicking OK, the Settings dialog is displayed.

System info:
  • I am running on Win10 Pro 1809 (64bit)
  • Corporate network with proxy.
  • v1.8.0.6840 64-bit beta
  • This currently is the free version, until I my license issue is fixed.
 
Seems like I have to manually insert my proxy server & credentials into the Settings dialog instead of automatically being detected and passed through.

According to HResult.info
WS_E_PROXY_REQUIRES_BASIC_AUTH The HTTP proxy server requires HTTP authentication scheme 'basic'.

- If you tried the older versions, were theey working automatically, before proxy support was added (pre build 6790)?
- Do other tools use the network without the need to enter the proxy data?
 
Some software works without credentials, other require manual input.
Manually inserting the credentials into the proxy settings has resolved the issue for now.
