Error during processing...BIOS 0x80040154

hello, i extracted contents of ISO into folder and pointed NT to that folder. I choose the Win 7 Professional and loaded the iso, i loaded a preset as well. When i apply the changes and create the ISO, i receive this message at the end and processing is terminated...

"BIOS - 0x80040154 Boot sector read error, make sure that the original 'Boot' or 'Efi' folder is present"

attached is an image file, i am not sure how to interpret the error since all the folders and files are present. Do i need to also load a boot.wim file as well?

@jonr, thanks for reporting.
Is there ".\boot\etfsboot.com" file in that image folder?

If so, could it be corrupted, or your ISO engine is? Sometimes that happens, especially Win7.
If the image boot file is fine, then please try getting OSCDIMG.EXE (you can get it from Microsoft ADK or please search for it), and copy it to NTLite's folder next to ntlite.exe, then retry creating the ISO.
