Working with the latest 22631.2199 ISO and a folder of .msix and .msixbundle files. Setup of integration Updates finds the files just fine but when processing the files error out as missing. Any ideas?

Are these Store apps, or apps created elsewhere? A list of them would help troubleshooting if it's a bug.

Store apps

A handful would be the following.....

Microsoft.NET.Native.Framework.2.2_2.2.29512.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe
Microsoft.DesktopAppInstaller_8wekyb3d8bbwe
Microsoft.UI.Xaml.2.4_2.42007.9001.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe
Microsoft.UI.Xaml.2.7_7.2208.15002.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe

You're missing a pre-requisite package (UWPDesktop):
Code:
  <Dependencies>
    <PackageDependency Name="Microsoft.UI.Xaml.2.7" MinVersion="7.2109.13004.0" Publisher="CN=Microsoft Corporation, O=Microsoft Corporation, L=Redmond, S=Washi
ngton, C=US"/>
    <PackageDependency Name="Microsoft.VCLibs.140.00.UWPDesktop" MinVersion="14.0.30704.0" Publisher="CN=Microsoft Corporation, O=Microsoft Corporation, L=Redmo
nd, S=Washington, C=US"/>
  </Dependencies>

I don't know if you're using my PS download script, but it grabs all dependencies in the same pass.
PowerShell GUI for Downloading Microsoft Store Apps - W10_11StoreApps.ps1

I've used your script to download store apps and like it. I've never had this issue before. I'll see what else I can come up with. I do have a script I can use to integrate the apps prior to using NTlite.

There is currently a known issue in the tool to not remember APPX paths, but the package is integrated if no errors during.
The issue is saved presets won't have paths.
Will fix in the next update, thanks.
