I can't install any UWP apps by myself, drivers can install their own UWP app just fine.

I tried installing via PowerShell, built-in app installer and Microsoft Store there is no chance i can get working on.

Here is the error code it says related by license but i already activated Windows

I get same error code on Microsoft Store too, it is 0xC0030005

Before anyone can help, we need to know your NTLite mods. Please attach a copy of your preset (with no passwords or license keys).
The error message is related to UWP app provisioning.

I have no issues when i setup on vm, but when i install my main machine Microsoft Store forces language to English, even i installed Pro and it still says you have Home Single Language license on microsoft store. It shouldnt do that.

Your preset says host and image are Home Single Language (German), but running NTLite in Turkish. Other languages can't be integrated into HSL, so not sure what happens in a multi-language setup with Store.

Might want to consider using Home edition, unless you're stuck on licensing.

That's true unfortunately microsoft doesnt offer home single language in german, did i something wrong about licensing services etc. ? Because when i delete my product key, running troubleshooter gives same error code as i mentioned before.

Windows licensing is not required to install AppX packages. I think we're talking about three separate problems: user provisioning doesn't work, language support in HSL, and your licensing.

Licensing - Most users have their Windows license key linked to their Microsoft Account, meaning it folllows your account. If true, Windows didn't ask you to activate. What is the version of the license attached to your account?

HSL - There are a few tricks to adding another language to Home Single Language, but if possible use normal Home or Pro editions. HSL is the exact same Windows as Home, except you're locked to the original language. If you're using a German build, and fluent in English & Turkish then it makes sense to switch versions.

Try the trick of creating a new local user. It will prove if the problem is your system, or your user profile.

I am manually adding German by downloading proper language feature pack on uupdump and adding it windows by using dism command. Anyways i switched up to Windows 11 and i'm using nearly same preset, no problems store working great again.
