I successfully integrated the Spanish language from the official ISOs containing the language packs (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-desktop/windows-11-language-packs) into the Windows 10 IoT 21h2 ISO, leaving the system entirely in Spanish.
But with Windows 11 IoT 24h2, no matter how many packages I integrate from the official ISO or from UUP, the system is not entirely in Spanish. Even OOBE remains in English. However, I have seen versions like this one (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lW2YMjxDFVM) that leave the system entirely in Spanish.
What packages do I use to change 10.0.26100.1742 to Spanish?
