I tried to do this but I still need to select the language etc and select where to install it, although I like to have the option to install it where I want and not default. But I also get at the end an OOBE and I don't know how to get rid of

There are WindowsPE and OOBE sections on the Unattended page, one is for setup, the other for final Windows.
Make sure to set the language on both.
That is how Windows unattended is.
Thinking about duplicating those when first is selected and if other is empty.

For licensed users there is the Autofill option in the toolbar, one-click prefills all using the host settings.
