very easy in fact, all you need to do is modify the autounattend.xml settings to create that user account and log into it... now whether it is for the best or not... are you using intel or AMD? (some ryzen processors have, or had, not sure if it has been fixed, a notable performance penalty out of admin account).Does anyone know, when I boot up into the GamerOS, i have a default admin account on, and everything runs as admin, I notice that i cannot use for instance "chris titus tool" to install stuff because it wants me to ceate a user login password , when I do this, it prints multiple times "error setting password" but when i restart the PC I can see that it created a new account somehow...
Is there a possibility to make a normal user account with this distributuion which is not admin by default?
Yup. There are indeed modding tools and gaming utilities that need WebView2. One example is Satisfactory Mod Manager. There is a number of media apps too, like ImageGlass image viewer. More may be moving to WebView2 in the future, so it's probably wise to keep it.A quick warning on going too heavy handed, even if you just a gamer, as an example the modding tool for FF15 (flagrum) has a dependency on webview2, in fact I have probably at least 3-4 apps on my system, that are either gaming tools or ,media tools that depend on it.
Honestly best to make your own after learning a bit. I have used gameros but only as a supplement to whatever I did before. I would say most of it would work but may have a few issues here and there.Has any tried 25H2 with the GamerOS yet?
That is a known issue since windows 8.1, in fact. Spotify needs to be installed from a user account. from the programs I use(d) and Automated it was the only offender though.I don't think that's the problem. Some apps get confused if they're already running with SYSTEM or Admin privileges, and don't know how to handle the situation. There's a GitHub bug where installing Spotify from winutil triggers an error like this.

The custom ISO gives great performance. Getting 120-180 fps in BF6 with RTX3060 on low settings. 1080p.I follow the following principle I only apply tweaks that I understand what they do. And that I know they actually bring some benefit. Even because the difference should be minimal applying these obscure tweaks that no one knows exactly what they are doing.
For me if a game runs at 60 FPS with good image quality it's more than enough. To play games better the correct thing is to buy a better video card![]()
