How do I download the Security Only Update?

I have to believe that this has been asked already in the forum, but didn't see it with a cursory search.

Instead of the Monthly Rollup for Win8.1 (KB4530702) I would rather install the Security Only update. (KB4530730)

I don't see the latter in the Update list.

I read on some Microsoft sight that the Security Only download could only be downloaded from the Catalog website?

But surely NTLite is smart enough to offer it?
 
Ahh... you're correct. I misread the webpage. :-(

So then if the KB is on the WSUS, is there any reason that NTLite couldn't offer it?
