How do I export Wi-Fi settings when installing Windows?

I saved the Wi-Fi network settings to an .xml file.
There is a command to restore these settings using the Command Line, but how to automate this process using SetupComplete.cmd from the $OEM$ folder?

Now I'm doing it manually with the command:
netsh wlan add profile filename=C:\Redmi_9A.xml

I used an online translator.
