I tried now to add "KB3191566", and it was added to the image and delayed-installed as it should.
What issue are you hitting, prohibition meaning?

KB2872047 is difficult to find, and people say unnecessary.

Surprisingly, and KB3191566.msu is added ? These cab archives are in msu KB3191566.

You can find it at:

It is being installed at the end of setup, that package does not support full integration.
